So I wrote a note while back and would like to share it with you guys.
Â
I know this is really random, but I just wanted to look back at this winter quarter and take the opportunity to thank you all for being a part of my life.Â
As brothers and sisters in Christ, you have been there to support me- whether it be giving me rides, getting my camera back (cause I always forget things), bringing me food when I’m sick, or sitting down with me to listen to my problems and giving me advice.Â
Most of all I just want to thank you for sharing your life with me. Being able to work with you, to see and hear how Jesus has been working in your life is so insane! Those moments have been such a blessing- every time I think about them, I can’t help but smile, laugh, or cry with joy because I know God is moving. He is here with us and in us.Â
This is how it must have been back in the days of the early church with the disciples and Paul- haha. Every day they were exchanging stories and words of encouragement- showing each other and others the love of Christ. This is how it must have felt.
So yeah. I just wanted to reflect a little and just say how much I appreciate you. You guys are awesome.
“Thank you Lord for these people in my life. Continue to bless them, watch over them, and work in them…let us fall in love more with you.”

Whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all for the glory of God. (1 Corinthians 10:31)
Work and study in all diligence and give honor and glory to God for giving you an opportunity to excel academically, not for your name, but for His. Praise Him when you get an A on that econ final. Praise Him when you fail that thermo final. Praise Him when you struggle to comprehend information. Praise Him when reading your textbook suddenly makes more sense. Praise Him for your professors. Praise Him for the materials He’s given you to study well. Praise Him for that 5th coffee of the day that He’s provided.
Do it all for His glory.

At EPIC tonight, Robbyn led us in a discussion about spiritual gifts. Below are links where you can take that same test again for yourself.

To take the longer test that Robbyn mentioned with deeper analysis of the results, including verses from the Bible and descriptions of each gift, check out: http://www.kodachrome.org/spiritgift/
