Hey guys, I\’m looking for someone to take my spot for spring quarter in a lease that ends in June. Move in is flexible, feb or march is fine. off highland, walking distance to Poly and you couldn\’t be closer to Cuesta. 3 other men live in the house, all students, age doesn\’t matter. you\’ll get YOUR OWN BEDROOM.

Looking for a guy who wants to live in community with 3 other amazing guys, or someone who has trying to escape sin and needs a place of rest and restoration. I am getting married and need to move out. These guys are great and love the Lord so much. I have learned a great deal from them all and will continue to, all of which are in my wedding, so we\’re pretty close. Did I mention they are awesome?

Room for rent or share in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom mobile home in San Luis Obispo. Master bedroom to share with private bath and spacious closet for $625/month or private for $650/monthor smaller bedroom with community bath and a closet for share for $425/month or private for $450/month. Utilities, DirecTV and internet included. The home consists of 2 other female roommates, both are Christians. One of them will be moving out in November so we are looking for 2 girls to come into the house. The home maintains a good balance of activities with quietness. We are looking for quiet, clean, respectful Christian women who love the Lord. It is also a hope of mine to begin a womenâ€™s bible study to meet weekly in the house. It is a goal of the girls who live in the house to encourage each other in Christ and keep each other accountable. We respect each other and their times for sleeping and studying. There are no parties, under age drinking or illegal drugs of any kind accepted in this home. It is 5 miles from Cal Poly and about 12 miles to Cuesta. Easy access to the 101 freeway. We are walking distance to Trader Joes, Food 4 Less and a Starbucks, 2 miles from Costco and 2 miles from Marigold plaza. A quick shot over to the freeway and a 10 minute trip down south gets you to the beach. Neighbors are kind quiet people who look out for you. At the mobile home park you have access to the pool as well as a clubhouse with a pool table. My dog also lives here in the house he is a 9 month old black lab. He is very friendly and loves people. Looking for a Christian guy to live in an apartment with 3 other guys. The apartment is attached to the house of Alpha Gamma Omega, the Christian Fraternity here in SLO. The house and the apartment are both dry. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, couches, and is located at 1700 Osos St. which is about 5 minute walk from downtown. Route 5/4 stops right outside but if you hate the bus it isn\’t too bad of a bike ride either. The rent is $400 a month and is a year long lease starting July 1st. I am looking to find roommates and SIGN a lease by JUNE 1st! (Lease officially starts JULY 1st)

A place like this is rare for SLO because of how big it is and how cheap the rent is. I have lived here for the last two years with great roommates, but this year, all three are moving on to other locations.

Just off of Los Osos Valley Road, between Madonna Road and Foothill Blvd, this home is great for upper classmen looking to be off campus while still being in SLO itself.

Details:

-2 Car Garage
-Tri-level layout
-Vaulted ceilings in the main living area along with the two upper bedrooms
-EACH bedroom has its own FULL bathroom, the master bedroom having a jacuzzi and walk-in closet as well
-Utilities average out to about $70/month

My and my roommate are seeking another female christian roommate for this next school year. We are currently 2nd years and looking for another roommate as soon as possible. You would share a room, but the room has 2 closets and is very big! It is about $580 a month including water and trash, with a low security deposit, and the rent starts in July.
