The apartment is attached to the house of Alpha Gamma Omega, the Christian Fraternity here in SLO. The house and the apartment are both dry. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, couches, and is located at 1700 Osos St. which is about 5 minute walk from downtown. Route 5/4 stops right outside but if you hate the bus it isn\’t too bad of a bike ride either. The rent is $400 a month and is a year long lease starting July 1st. This price includes ALL utilities, including cable internet and TV. Call if you have any questions.

Due to graduation, transfers, and a group of women who build such strong relationships that after two year of living in the house together they are getting another place on their own, there are possibly 8 open spots for women and 4 open spots for men next year in the house.

Rent is $325 per month and includes utilities. There is also a $55 a month community living fee that covers house supplies and food for dinner monday to thursday. There are 8 bedroom on two floors, downstairs is the men\’s floor and upstairs is the women\’s floor.
