Looking for a female roommate ($415 a month)

Hi! We’re looking for a female roommate for this upcoming new year starting January 2010. Here are some info…

The ROOM/HOUSE:
The available room is to be shared with one other girl, it occupies an attic that virtually takes up about the same amount of space as the floor plan of the house (i.e., it’s HUGE). The bathroom used is shared with 2 other girls and is located downstairs. Our house is ideally located on the historic Mill St. We have a living room, a dining area, and a kitchen that comes with a dishwasher. There is an available washer and dryer, although it is coin operated.

The room for rent is available from Jan-June.
The rent is $415 and utilities range from $30-$50 a month. Water, trash, and sewage utilities are covered by the landlords.

The LOCATION:
A 7 to 10 minute walk downtown, and a 10 minute bus ride/quick bike ride/20 min walk to Cal Poly, it is a block or two away from a 101 North entrance. It’s between Santa Rosa st. and California St.

US:
We are a group of 4 Cal Poly students. We are all involved in different ministries and clubs on campus such as Campus Crusade for Christ, Epic, the Cattelman’s Club and we attend a few different churches such as Calvary SLO, Agape, and Grace. Most of us are graduating this June. We are all over 21 and don’t drink on a regular basis, but we don’t mind a glass of wine now and then either. We’re loud, and fun, and we like to TRY and stay clean, but it doesn’t always happen. We’re very easygoing, borrowing food and giving it isn’t a big deal if prior consent is made and if we remember to replace things, and we don’t like sweeping things under the rug (it makes life SO much easier). We have busy, different schedules, but we still love each other and manage to find time to be there for each other whether it’s a random excursion or a pigging out of desserts. Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention our dog. She’s a tiny little thing that will NOT be bothering you in your room and loves anyone that will give her attention.

The LANDLORDS:
Our land lord and lady are very accomdating people that care about the upkeep of the house, they respond to issues quickly and take care of problems in a timely manner.

I have a room open in a condo that can be shared by two guys. The condo is located off South Higuera and close to a bus stop. It is in a quiet and clean neighborhood. The neighborhood has a pool and spa that are available to use. The condo itself is very clean and spacious with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and 2 and 1/2 bath. The rent is $500 per month plus utilities which are usually around $60 per month. I am a currently a second year and am very involved in Crusade. Freshman attending Cuesta in need of housing

Hi my name is Samantha Robison and I am graduating fromÂ Ripon High School. Â I am going to attendÂ Cuesta College this fall and I am looking for housing. Â I am a Christian and I am eager to grow in my faith and get involved inÂ Christian organizations for fellowship. Â Currently attending Calvary Chapel in Modesto. Â I was involved in numerous sports, clubs, and activities on myÂ high school campus. Â My major is broadcasting communications. Â I love hanging out with friends, going to the beach, bike ridding/longboarding, eating sushi, learning, and running on a regular basis. I’m a 4th year art and design student and I’m going for year 5. I’m looking to share a room and hopefully pay max $500 a month for rent. I’m pretty busy and mostly do my own thing but I like to have fun also. I’m looking for someone who doesn’t mind a little mess, is okay with lots of things on the walls, and likes to stay up late! I haven’t lived with christian girls in 3 years and I really would like to find a solid girl to live with.
