Hi,
Were all college students here in San Luis Obispo, and we will be needing one new roommate for this coming year. We have a 4 bedroom house we are leasing August-July. The price for the 4th bedroom is 500$ a month not including utilities (~50$). The house is about 2 miles from campus, on the far side of Johnson Avenue. There are two bus routes nearby and plenty of available parking space. There is a garden in front and in the back as well as a large patio – gardener comes included. There are two living rooms and a large dining room/kitchen. Two car garage. We’ve already furnished much of the house but additions are welcome (we still haven’t fully furnished the 2nd living room). I am getting married and need to move out. These guys are great and love the Lord so much. I have a room available in a nice, quiet 3 bedroom home. The house is very clean and kept up. It is located near Laguna Lake in a family neighborhood. There are no drugs and partying allowed as I am looking for someone who is mature and has Christian values (sold out for Jesus). I am a female, student, and in my late 20\’s.

Water and garbage are covered by the landlord, while other utilities like electricity, gas, and internet are paid by tenants. No pets.

Looking for a guy roommate to share a room in a nice townhouse with 2 other guys in Atascadero. The move-in-date is negotiable but we are looking at around the beginning of February. There would be 2 people in 1 room, and myself in the other.We both work full time and are young professionals, we are looking for a mature student or another person that works.
