Hey guys, I\’m looking for someone to take my spot for spring quarter in a lease that ends in June. Move in is flexible, feb or march is fine. off highland, walking distance to Poly and you couldn\’t be closer to Cuesta. 3 other men live in the house, all students, age doesn\’t matter. you\’ll get YOUR OWN BEDROOM.

Looking for a guy who wants to live in community with 3 other amazing guys, or someone who has trying to escape sin and needs a place of rest and restoration. I am getting married and need to move out. These guys are great and love the Lord so much. I have learned a great deal from them all and will continue to, all of which are in my wedding, so we\’re pretty close. Did I mention they are awesome?

full kitchen, garage, back house \”the shack\”, garden bed, hammocks, surfing, hiking, climbing, biking, these guys do it all.

I have a room available in a nice, quiet 3 bedroom home. The house is very clean and kept up. It is located near Laguna Lake in a family neighborhood. There are no drugs and partying allowed as I am looking for someone who is mature and has Christian values (sold out for Jesus). I am a female, student, and in my late 20\’s.

Water and garbage are covered by the landlord, while other utilities like electricity, gas, and internet are paid by tenants. No pets.

Looking for a guy roommate to share a room in a nice townhouse with 2 other guys in Atascadero. The move-in-date is negotiable but we are looking at around the beginning of February. There would be 2 people in 1 room, and myself in the other.We both work full time and are young professionals, we are looking for a mature student or another person that works.

Rent: $250
Deposit: $300

The townhouse has the following:

- washer/dryer
- (1) car garage which we use for storage
- (2) refrigerators
- dishwasher
- large kitchen
- furnished living room with big screen TV and sectional couch
- back patio with BBQ
- (1.5) bathrooms, full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs
- trash is paid by the landlord, we pay the rest of the utilities

Need subletter for spring 2010

I am graduating in March and moving out of my house. I am looking for someone to sublet for me. Rent is $440/mo, which includes utilities. The room is a shared room but it is really big with a large closet. The rest of the guys in the house are all cool guys, ranging from 3rd to 6th years. The house is a 5-bedroom 3-bath, with a full kitchen, backyard, laundry in the garage, and a projector we use for DVD\’s and the like. The current occupants are male, 3 Christian Poly students, and one medical school applicant.
One of our housemates graduated last quarter and moved out, and his room is currently unoccupied and available. His rent was $450/month, own room, bathroom shared with one other occupant.
