I live in a beautiful new condo right off of North Chorro across the street from the back entrance of campus. I will be on summer project this summer for about 6 weeks and so I would love to rent out my room. You would most likely be sharing with my roommate, she is an amazing Christian woman, but we can discuss having your own room or if you would like to share with a friend, we can try to accommodate :)

Its about a minutes bike ride from campus, totally walkable in under ten minutes, you can see campus from the windows. Beautiful views, new everything. Let me know if your interested in sub leasing it out for summer. It will be available from like mid June to mid August, I can totally work with your schedule!

Our house is near Broad and South which is a 5+ min drive to Poly and just a little farther to Cuesta.  It take about 20+ min to bike to Poly and we also have a bus stop nearby.   We also have a great park across the street and 2 nearby.  And it takes about 10+ minutes to walk to downtown.  

You get your own room for $475 a month plus about $50 a month in utilities.  Cleaning Deposit is $200

The house is less than 10 minutes away from Cal Poly (Royal Way off of LOVR) and close to a bus stop. You would be able to move in ASAP and the sublease goes until June 30th.
