Looking for a guy roommate to share a room in a nice townhouse with 2 other guys in Atascadero. The move-in-date is negotiable but we are looking at around the beginning of February. There would be 2 people in 1 room, and myself in the other.We both work full time and are young professionals, we are looking for a mature student or another person that works.

Rent: $250
Deposit: $300

The townhouse has the following:

- washer/dryer
- (1) car garage which we use for storage
- (2) refrigerators
- dishwasher
- large kitchen
- furnished living room with big screen TV and sectional couch
- back patio with BBQ
- (1.5) bathrooms, full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs
- trash is paid by the landlord, we pay the rest of the utilities
