The house is a 5-bedroom 3-bath, with a full kitchen, backyard, laundry in the garage, and a projector we use for DVD\’s and the like. The current occupants are male, 3 Christian Poly students, and one medical school applicant.
One of our housemates graduated last quarter and moved out, and his room is currently unoccupied and available. His rent was $450/month, own room, bathroom shared with one other occupant.
