Hi! My roommates and I are looking for a nice, clean, girl to fill the open room in our house. One of our roommates graduated this December. The room is available January 1st. The room is very large, and the house is close to Cal Poly and Cuesta. The bus stop is at the end of the street to go to Poly or Cuesta. The rent is $450 plus utilities. Hey there, I’m looking for a place to stay for the spring semester and came across your message. I know you said it’d be available Jan 1st but I’m not going to be out there until about the 13th (I live in NC) and would only be in town until about late April.
