One of our roommates unexpectedly decided to move in with one of her friends and is moving Dec 15th. We have a 4 bdrm 2 bath home near downtown with a large shared room available for $415/month. There are four other girls in the house.

About all of us girls… We are a house that loves the Lord and seeks to serve him through our day to day lives. We are all over 21 and we do enjoy an occasional wine night, but do not get drunk or party. But we promise, we\’re lots of fun! We like to hang out a lot as roomies with chick flick nights, a quick trip to Bali\’s or Yogurt Creation, hiking Bishops, random trips to the beach, etc. We don\’t allow guys to spend the night unless they\’re family (ie brother or dad staying the night when in town to visit). We like to keep house common areas clean and dishes out of the sink, but understand some days are just super crazy and as long as you take care of any messes asap we are pretty understanding. We like to keep communication open among roommates and are good at talking things out. We are definitely a college house in that we sometimes have late nights studying, though we really try to be respectful of others in regards to noise volume and light usage later at night. Oh, and we have the cutest little dog who absolutely loves anyone who will give her attention!
