We have a house on Vista Brisa (off Los Osos Valley Road), and one of our roomates needs to move out because of money and work situations. It\’s a four bedroom house, fairly big, has a garage, with a nice little backyard, and our own hottub. Not counting the guy who is moving out, we have four guys living here, and we\’re looking for a fifth guy (two of us share the master bedroom; the room available is a normal size bedroom). All of us guys go to Grace church in SLO. I\’m a Cuesta student, and the other three are Poly students. We will also need a deposit, which is 700.
