Hey!
I am looking for a house with some really solid Christian guys. I would love a place were we can have a solid community of believers that love Jesus and love to work out their faith together.
I\’m a fun, clean, responsible, focused person. I have a degree in architecture, but I am working on an MDiv currently. I study hard but love games, activities, bikes, skiing, soccer, athletics etc.
My need is not completely immediate, but I will need a place within the next few months, so if you do not have a spot now, but one is opening up next quarter…we should talk. OR if you have an immediate opening, we could probably make that work, too. I am reasonably flexible for the right guys and right place.

Hey jesse,
We have a room open in our house. I posted an add, so you can look at it on the housing board page. It’s your own room for 540 a month. It’s in a house with four other guys, and we all go to Grace church in SLO. We’re all pretty serious students, but have a number of gatherings from our college group from our church and from campus crusade. Hey. I’ve got a place available now. I signed a lease for this year before I met my fiancee, and we’re getting married in two weeks. I need to fill the place as soon as possible. It’s paid through September but it’s empty and available to move in any time.
The rent is $675 a month plus utilities for your own big room in a pretty large 2 bedroom apartment. It’s on the corner of Peach and Chorro, so it’s three blocks from Mission Plaza. It’s been really well taken care of, the complex is quiet and full of good people. It’s a really good size and place for having people over. There are some animals in the complex but none have lived in this unit.
My current roommate is a really nice guy. He mostly keeps to himself but he’s good for conversation too, so he’s a really good roommate overall. If I weren’t getting married, this would be my third year living with him.
My fiancee is in SLO and can show you the apartment if you’d like to see it.
