We’ve got a house out off of Bishop and Johnson and have a private room available whenever you’d need it. Rent is $475 a month. I’m a recent poly grad and my roomate’s finishing up her last year.

Hi! My name is Susee and I’m going to be starting my 4th year at Poly. My current roommate just finished cuesta and is transferring to a school down south. I live in a cute 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apt up in Atascadero. It’s only about a 12-15 min drive to Poly so it’s not far at all. I lived in SLO for the first couple years but moved up to Atascadero because it’s so much more affordable! The apt is in south atascadero right off the freeway. The apt has air conditioning and heating, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer in the apt. You’d have your own room and bathroom. Rent is $440 plus half of utilities which is only about $50 or less a month. I am a Child Development major with a minor in Psychology. I’m also really involved in my church, Atascadero Bible Church. I’m a pretty quiet and low key person who does not like a lot of drama. Let me know if you’re interested in coming by and checking the place out.
