I have a room open in a condo that can be shared by two guys. The condo is located off South Higuera and close to a bus stop. It is in a quiet and clean neighborhood. The neighborhood has a pool and spa that are available to use. The condo itself is very clean and spacious with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and 2 and 1/2 bath. The rent is $500 per month plus utilities which are usually around $60 per month. I am a currently a second year and am very involved in Crusade.
