The house and the apartment are both dry. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, couches, and is located at 1700 Osos St. which is about 5 minute walk from downtown. Route 5/4 stops right outside but if you hate the bus it isn\’t too bad of a bike ride either. The rent is $400 a month and is a year long lease starting July 1st.
