I am looking to find roommates and SIGN a lease by JUNE 1st! (Lease officially starts JULY 1st)

A place like this is rare for SLO because of how big it is and how cheap the rent is. I have lived here for the last two years with great roommates, but this year, all three are moving on to other locations.

Just off of Los Osos Valley Road, between Madonna Road and Foothill Blvd, this home is great for upper classmen looking to be off campus while still being in SLO itself.

-Vaulted ceilings in the main living area along with the two upper bedrooms
-EACH bedroom has its own FULL bathroom, the master bedroom having a jacuzzi and walk-in closet as well
-Utilities average out to about $70/month

-2 gas fireplaces
-Newly-cleaned carpets
-real piano in living room
-plenty of space for couches/chairs

Also, I need to fill the two individual rooms and find one roommate for myself.

Current rent breakdown:
$450/month to share the master with ME
$575/month to have either individual bedroom and accompanying bathroom

As part of an HOA in the Clearview Estates, this residence comes with a yard that is very well-kept, and in two years, we’ve never needed to touch it!

Characteristics I’m looking for in roommates who are:

1. Male-only
2. Very clean (consistently does dishes, is willing to clean floors and vacuum)
3. Don’t have loud parties and aren’t big on drinking all the time
4. Willing to sign a one-year lease (beginning on July 1st until July 1st, 2010
5. Quiet (aren’t playing loud music or coming in late making lots of noise)
6. Upper classmen (preferably junior status or older)
7. Okay if I occasionally have a church-group gathering at the house
8. Willing to lookout for other roommates’ interests
9. Flexible
10. Able to pay rent on time and can share the responsibilites of handling bills
