My roommates and I are looking for another person for our house. The lease starts july 1 and the rent is $440/month + utilities. It’s off Los Osos Valley road, but is right near a bus stop that goes straight to campus and the freeway.

I think I’m probably too late, but we’ve got a house right near the train station and Sinsheimer park. Looking for someone to move in August/September @ $475 a month plus utilities.
