Hey Melinda,
I thought I would email you, but then also thought that this might be a little more encouraging in your house-searching process. I didn’t say anything saturday night because we were waiting to get a decision from another girl, BUT myself and my three other roommates (for next year) are looking for a fifth! The rent is $440 a month for a shared room, possibly less if I get to have my own room, at 1355 Avalon St. off oceanaire. If you’re interested email me or give me a call!

hello melinda,
my name is Becky, my roommate and i are have a master bedroom that we are looking for two christian girls to share (has its own bathroom). the house is on Fernwood drive off of Johnson ave. the landlords are very kind and live next door. rent is 515/mo and i have a washer/dryer and most furnishings already. the lease starts July 1.
i will be a 4th year Cal Poly student, and my roommate Kelly is graduating this year.
