I am a grad student and would like to move to south county (AG, Pismo, Grover, Oceano, Shell) in july when my lease is up. I have been living with the same guys for 3 years and they are graduating and moving away. If you have a house open and need a roommate, I am interested or if you want to get a group of guys together to find a house, let me know as well.

Right now, I am looking at ~$400/mo tops for a room, but could change once I know my financial aid.
