The Wesley House at 1373 Fredericks St. is a 16 person co-ed Christian cooperative living residence for Cal Poly and Cuesta students. Due to graduation, transfers, and a group of women who build such strong relationships that after two year of living in the house together they are getting another place on their own, there are possibly 8 open spots for women and 4 open spots for men next year in the house.
Rent is $325 per month and includes utilities. There is also a $55 a month community living fee that covers house supplies and food for dinner monday to thursday. There are 8 bedroom on two floors, downstairs is the men\’s floor and upstairs is the women\’s floor.
